This is a brightly-colored, durable pattern block set. i'd offer this set to a toddler between twenty months and three years. My 22-month recent simply loves it. As soon as he saw it (hidden away, meant as a Christmas gift) he kept at me to open it. I finally gave in, and that i am therefore glad that I did. he's at the right developmental level for this toy! He tries to match up the shapes and colours, and is even setting out to name the shapes on his own. this is often such an exciting age!
I like how the solid wood boards are double-sided and extremely durable. There are quite enough items to travel around- even though many are lost over the years. many of the images arrived with some scratching, however i believe this is often additional annoying on behalf of me than it's for my kid.
Don't forget that these patterning blocks also can be used independantly of the boards. this allows your kid to return up with more difficult creations as she or he developes bigger ability during this space.

Nice bright, easy patterns for my 2½ yr recent to follow, and therefore the cutout of form makes it simple to put the thick wood items. We're teaching her shapes and color recognition and this is often a good teaching tool, and she or he very feels proud when she finishes every one (there's a pattern on all sides of the wood board.) She even helps stop working afterward, created simple with the wood stora
